Strategy, the publicly traded company known for its Bitcoin treasury strategy, acquired 13,627 Bitcoin for approximately $1.2 billion between January 5 and January 11, according to an SEC filing dated today.

The company paid an average price of around $91,500 per Bitcoin for the latest purchase. Strategy funded the acquisition through its at-the-market offering program, selling shares of its STRC preferred stock and MSTR Class A common stock.

Those sales generated approximately $1.2 billion in net proceeds, including $119 million from STRC stock and $1.1 billion from MSTR stock sales during the same period.

With this purchase, Strategy now holds 687,410 Bitcoin acquired at an aggregate cost of $51.8 billion, reflecting an average purchase price of around $75,350 per coin.

The company maintains significant capacity for future offerings, with approximately $10.3 billion available for MSTR stock issuance and $20.3 billion for STRK preferred stock under its ATM program.
